what your patient gets

the m3 difference

Clinical oversight between sessions

Patients follow a prescribed program delivered and monitored via our coaching app. We actively monitor their program between face-to-face visits. This active EP oversight between sessions means that nothing is ad hoc, everything is planned evidence-based and backed by experience.

Objective testing and measurable results

Progress is measured, not estimated. We use world class VALD testing equipment and other scientifically backed assessments to track and progress your patient's capacity and exercise response. These are results you can reference in future consultations with your patient.

15+ year of clinical experience

15+ years of clinical exercise physiology experience across chronic disease, injury, mental health, post-surgical and complex multi-morbid presentations. Movement3 (M3) is the practice where patients already come who've been through the system without resolution.
